Aemulator CIC is proud to support the development of ISL Roundhay, a new supported living service in Leeds providing 10 self-contained apartments for adults with mental health needs.

The service offers high-quality accommodation designed to help people move from higher-support settings towards more independent living, while remaining connected to their local community, family, friends and wider support networks.

By providing suitable housing as part of a pathway into community living, ISL Roundhay reflects Aemulator CIC’s commitment to developing sustainable housing solutions that promote independence, inclusion and improved quality of life for adults with varied support needs.

The service primarily supports adults with mental health needs, including people who may have additional or complex needs. The accommodation is complemented by specialist support delivered by ISL, whose team has experience in mental health, dual diagnosis and complex needs, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to help people achieve positive outcomes.

The property also incorporates solar panels, supporting a more sustainable approach to housing and helping to reduce its carbon footprint.

ISL Roundhay represents a further step towards creating high-quality supported housing that enables people to build more independent lives within their chosen communities.
