I have over 10 years Social Care and Housing Management experience, including Service, Registered and Operational Management across multiple sites and counties. I have an extensive knowledge of the sector including compliance, quality, service enhancement, development and training.
Having started working in Social Care as a Support Worker for people with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health problems and Personality Disorders 21 years ago, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in supporting the most vulnerable people in society and delighted to be working with Aemulator CIC’s board to deliver high quality accommodation that enables people to live fulfilled lives in the community.
I am an accredited, National Care Award winning Trainer and now work as a Company Director & Consultant delivering Behaviour Analysis and Positive Behaviour Support training to staff across the UK.
