With a background in education leadership and track record of effectively leading on improvement priorities working with varied stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes to people in challenging situations I am looking forward to supporting Aemulator CIC to deliver innovative supported living accommodation for adults in areas where it is most needed.
My experience of working within inner-city schools in areas of high deprivation, understanding some of the challenges children, families and carers may face has given me a passion for collaborating with others to help build strong networks to improve outcomes for people to overcome challenges.
I have worked with children with varied and complex needs in educational settings over the past 15 years, and have extensive experience of governance, safeguarding, regulatory compliance , risk assessment and management.
I look forward to contributing to the growth and development of Aemulator CIC at this exciting stage of Aemulators journey.
