I have worked in Health and Social Care for over 20 years in a variety of roles starting with care assistant through to Regional Director.
I began working within residential care for the elderly before moving to supported living for people with learning disabilities and mental health, domiciliary care for vulnerable adults and residential complex mental health. During my time in this sector I have seen both the good and the bad of social housing and this motivated me to work with Aemulator, first as a Director and now as Managing Director.
Not only does my experience cover the spectrum of adult health and social care services but also includes specific focus on quality standards, good financial governance, and mentoring and developing new managers.
