I have worked with vulnerable adults and accommodation since the setting up of a Young Person Housing Advice Project & Supported Housing Service in 1997. Since then, my roles have been varied, from Supported Housing Officer to Operational Director all within the Housing & Care Sector.
Having such a variance of roles has allowed me to develop an understanding of what makes excellent quality accommodation and housing related services.
As an Asset and Development Director I have handled the creation and development for several Supported Housing projects across the country, including apartments schemes for multiple tenants and individual bespoke properties, all of which have been designed to meet the specific needs and wishes of the tenants.
During my 25 years’ working withing the Supported Housing & Care Sector, I have had the privilege to be part of a number of innovative and creative organisations, who have supplied greater choice in accommodation and support to vulnerable groups.
In joining the Aemulator C.I.C Board, I look forward to being part of dynamic organisation, which will drive the future of Specialist Supported Housing and tenancy solutions for our tenants.
