Aemulator CIC works with local authority commissioners and other public-sector partners to explore specialist accommodation for adults with additional housing needs.

We can discuss opportunities for people moving from hospital or other intensive settings, as well as accommodation pathways that enable adults to live within established communities. Our role is to consider how suitable housing can be created and coordinated through the right combination of property, housing management and specialist support partners.

What we can explore together

  • Where accommodation is needed and which localities are priorities.

  • What type of property would be suitable, including layout, accessibility and location.

  • Whether existing properties can be used or new accommodation needs to be developed.

  • How housing partners, landlords and care providers would work together.

  • How the proposed arrangement would address sustainability, affordability and accountability

  • What timescales and approvals would apply before any scheme could proceed.

Starting a Discussion

If your organisation has identified an accommodation gap, we welcome an initial conversation about what is needed and whether an appropriate housing solution could be explored.

An enquiry should describe the general location, type of accommodation, indicative scale and likely timeframe. Please do not include confidential or identifiable information about individual people in a general website enquiry.
