About Aemulator CIC and Leadership

A community interest company with a focus on housing Aemulator CIC was established in 2021 to help develop accommodation opportunities for adults who need suitable homes within their communities. As a Community Interest Company, our work is centred on community benefit, responsible partnerships and practical housing solutions.

We work with commissioners, landlords, housing organisations and specialist support providers to explore accommodation that responds to local requirements. We believe good housing outcomes depend on listening to local needs, setting clear responsibilities and maintaining a consistent focus on the people who will live in the accommodation.
