Adam is responsible for Aemulator CIC’s day-to-day operational leadership, bringing together housing delivery, partnership working, governance and financial oversight. His career has progressed from frontline adult social care to senior operational leadership, giving him practical experience of the challenges faced by individuals, services and housing partners. His focus is on ensuring accommodation arrangements are workable, accountable and aligned with the needs of the communities they serve.
